However, unfortunately, things do not always go to plan and factors outside of our control such as the weather and traffic conditions may occasionally prevent us from achieving this. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please give us a call and we will do our best to rectify any issues you may have.


Refunds due to non delivery, non supply or complaint will be made within 7 days of complaint. Complaints re quality must be made within 2 hours of delivery or collection
